Judicial Powers In Contradiction To  " The Declaration of Independence " and " The United States Constitution "

Is The Judicial Power Over Christians, Right Or Wrong ?

The Answer Is Wrong According To The " The United States Constitution ";

 Article III, and Section 2. The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity,
arising under this Constitution,

and again

Article VI

All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this
Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this
Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in
pursuance thereof
; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the
authority of the United States,
shall be the supreme law of the land; and the
judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or
laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding
.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the
several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of
the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or
affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be
required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United
States.

According To The " The United States Constitution "Article III, and Section 2. The Judicial Power Must Function Under " The United States Constitution " In Law They Enforce. Then Again In The " The United States Constitution " In Article VI ;

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in
pursuance thereof;

shall be the supreme law of the land;

According To These Two Articles In The " The United States Constitution " The Judicial Powers In The United States Of America Are Under The Guidlines Of " The United States Constitution ". And If Law Is Written ByThe Judicial Powers, It Is In  Pursuance Or Under The Power of The " The United States Constitution ";

Article VI

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in
pursuance thereof

And Can Not Change The Meaning  Of Intent Of The Framers Of The " The United States Constitution " Except By The Power Of Congress, By Amendment.

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall
propose amendments to this Constitution,
or, on the application of the
legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for
proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and
purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of
three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths
thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the
Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one
thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and
fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state,
without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Judicial Power Is Under " The United States Constitution "

All Of The Above Was To Establish Judicial Power Is Under The Authority Of The " The United States Constitution ". That Being The supreme law of the land To Determine The Correct Interpretation Of The " The United States Constitution " We Are Now Set To See What The " The United States Constitution " Has To Say In Any Matter.

Mindset Is Critical

Before Any Judiciary Judge Sitting In Any Court Is To Decide Any Point Of Law That's In Their Judicial Powers Must Have The Proper Mindset, Which Is Very Critical. This Mindset Also Described In My Document Titled  " Documents United We Stand " , Where The Thinking Of A Person, Their Mindset, Is Relative To What He Knows, Accepts, Or Rejects. In Einsteins Theory Of Relativity He Introduced How Different Observers Could See Different Things At Different Times According To Their Location Relative To The Event. Such Is The Case In Interpretation Of The " The United States Constitution ".

If A Judiciary Judge Will Interpret The " The United States Constitution " With The Mindset That The " The United States Constitution " Is For A Secular Or Humanist Nation, He Will Determine God Is Not Part Of The Law Of The United States Of America, And He Will Therefore Remove God Entirely From This United States Of America. This Judge Rejected The " The Declaration of Independence ", And Did Not Include The " The Declaration of Independence " In His Thinking. In The Conclusion Of His Judgement, He Has Made An Inaccurate Judgement By Not Excepting And Keeping In His Memory That According To The " The Declaration of Independence " ,

The United States Of America Is In Fact A Christian Nation And Always Has Been.

Judicial Power Over Christians Has Been Wrong

It Is Therefore In Conclusion Of This Document, The Mindset Of Any Judiciary Judge That Will Interpret The " The United States Constitution " According To His Judicial Powers, Must Except The Documents Known As " The Declaration of Independence " and " The United States Constitution " and In That Order. So That His Mindset Will Thus Understand And Know And Retain In His Memory; The Documents " The Declaration of Independence " and " The United States Constitution " That Are Written With God Included And God Foremost Important In Every Statement,  Article, And Amendment, So That He Knows and Understands The United States Of America Is Christian And Always Has Been.

The Christians In America Have Been Done Wrong

Then Why Have the Courts Made Laws Against the Church?

They Didn't Have The Authority To Do That, And The Judgement They Made Was In Error,  Not Excepting The" The Declaration of Independence " And Keeping It In Their Memory Of It's Importance In Their Decision , That the United States Of America Is A Christian Nation!

We Need Congress To Make An Amendment To Reverse All Court Actions Against The Christians, And To Set The United States In Order.

This 1st Amendment Means That The Judicial Powers That Are In Power Must Follow The " The Declaration of Independence " and " The United States Constitution " With The Proper Mindset. Judicial Powers Also Must Abide By The " The United States Constitution " As Also Stated In This Document.

This 1st Amendment Stands, And It Stops Judicial Powers Also

This 1st Amendment Also Means The Judicial Powers Can't Make Laws And Etc Against Christians, Which Means A Mandatory Reversal Of Decisions Against The Christians Is Needed And Required To Set This Nation In Order.

The twenty-six Amendments have been added to the seven Articles.

" One of The Bill of Rights "

(1791) The first Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
Religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the
right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the government for a redress of grievances.

The now quoted separation of church and state is not in the con-
stitution, it is a statement devised by certain men to their end. A
statement to give Government power over the Church. Any high school
student can see the Bill of rights was written to give people pro-
tection from the Government. Not what the term separation refers to
in giving the Government protection from the people. The First
Amendment gives Americans the right to their Religious beliefs and
to exercise their beliefs
.
Meaning;
-Their beliefs can be carried with them outside the Church walls to-
Where they;

-Government Buildings and Places used to promote God
-Buy their groceries,
-Wash their cars,
-Where they work,
-A Court Room where a Judge is keeping the Ten Commandments,
-The Court House or Municiple Building where the
Ten commanements is placed,
-Leading a prayer to God our Creator in a gathering at a
City School,
-An open Bible Giving God the Glory to keeping our country
in safety in that same city school gathering
